RETURNS

CUSTOM PRINTS 

All prints are custom made and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Please choose carefully I cannot refund or exchange for change of mind or any print purchased as part of a sale promotion.
If by chance your print or framed print is damaged in transit please take photos of the damaged packaging and the print itself and contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
If it qualifies for a replacement I will contact you to discuss the details and send through a postage label to return the print in its original carton or tube. 

 

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Please choose your original carefully I cannot refund or exchange for change of mind.
If by chance your original arrives damaged please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of damaged packaging and the damage to the artwork or frame.
If it qualifies for a replacement frame I will contact you to discuss the details and send through a postage label to return the piece in it's original carton or tube.
If the artwork itself is damaged I will make an assessment based on the photos provided whether the damage can be fixed or not. If not then a refund will be provided.
If the damage to the artwork can be fixed you will need to pack the artwork back into its packaging and make secure. I will organise the work to be picked up by courier from your delivery address.


TEXTILES 

All fabrics, wallpaper and tablecloths are custom printed therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Please choose carefully I cannot refund or exchange for change of mind.
Every effort is made to ensure the best quality fabrics but occasionally there may be a slight fault in the fabric which could lead to less than perfect result with printing. This can happen with stray strands of fibre or slubs in the fabric.
If your piece of fabric, wallpaper or tablecloth has a fault in it please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the fault.
If it qualifies for a replacement I will contact you to discuss the details and send through a postage label to return the order in its original packaging.


GIFT VOUCHERS 

Gift vouchers are only redeemable through the Kate Owen Artwork online store.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed during sale promotions.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged or redeemed for cash or used to purchase more gift vouchers.
Your recipient can use their gift voucher amount towards the purchase of a more expensive item.
Treat your gift voucher like cash. Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced. 


CARDS 

Kate Owen Artwork cards are sold only in packs of 3. By ordering a pack of 3 you agree to accept a random artwork on each card.
If any of your cards arrive damaged please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Please supply photos of the damaged item.
If it qualifies for a replacement I will give you details to post the item back to me. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the postage in sending this back.
